Conservative attorney Mike Davis, potential contender for President-elect Donald Trump's attorney general post, is seeking a list of those convicted in the January 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol.
Davis made the request in a post to X on Thursday, asking fellow conservative lawyer Julie Kelly for her "pardon and commutation lists." Kelly describes herself as a "January 6 conspiracy theorist" and "insurrection denier."
Davis also requested Kelly's "list of the bad actors in the Biden-Harris Justice Department."
Both attorneys have been highly critical of the legal perils against Trump, who was elected to a second term in the White House this week. Davis has previously suggested he would take "severe" legal action against special counsel Jack Smith, who is leading both federal criminal investigations against Trump.
